In 13 games as a starter (for Hornets) Lin averaged 17.5 PPG and 4.8 APG and shot 46 percent from three. Compared to other free agents. Before the free agency started, Lin was seen as the ultimate prize at the point guard spot, and it seemed like he would finally be able to choose between a number of interesting options.
